Description
The CSF High-Performance Intercooler System replaces the factory intercooler on the 992 911 Turbo and Turbo S, and CSF has confirmed it also fits the 2025 and later 992.2 Carrera models with the 3.0L twin-turbo engine (non hybrid). The system sits on top of the engine, where heat soak pulls timing and power in spirited driving. CSF’s Formula 1 grade PWR core holds intake air temperatures down far better than the factory part while keeping the stock size, so it drops into the original location with all OEM hardware, ducts and shrouds. It is made in the USA at PWR North America and has been proven on builds making over 1600 whp.

- Replaces Porsche OEM 992 145 805 G and 992 145 805 N
Good to know
- Replaces the factory intercooler only; no emissions hardware is touched. CSF shows no CARB EO number.
- CSF notes a slightly higher pressure drop (about 0.5 to 1 psi) than stock in its dyno test; a tune can make up for it and make use of the added cooling.
- Professional installation recommended; installation is not included.
