Special-order products may not be maintained as regular inventory and may be sourced specifically in response to a customer’s request.
Vehicle and Product Information
Customers may be asked to provide information including:
VIN, year, make, model, trim, engine, part number, photographs, existing component information, performance specifications, intended application, or other relevant details.
Accurate information is essential to identifying the appropriate component.
Quotes and Availability
Special-order quotations are based on information and availability known when the quotation is prepared.
Unless otherwise stated, a quotation does not guarantee availability until the order has been accepted, required payment has been received, and sourcing has been confirmed.
Lead Times
Lead times for special-order products vary significantly depending on the supplier, manufacturer, country of origin, production schedule, transportation method, customs clearance, and product availability.
Any lead time provided is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
Changes After Confirmation
Once a special order has been submitted to a supplier, manufacturer, or other source, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Customers should review all vehicle information, part numbers, specifications, quantities, and order details carefully before approving payment.
Returns
Special-order, custom, VIN-specific, and made-to-order components are generally final sale unless they arrive defective, materially damaged, or materially different from the confirmed order due to an error attributable to Luxury Performance Auto Parts LLC.
Any product-specific exception stated in writing before purchase will control.
