Description
CSF’s High-Performance Intercooler System is a drop-in upgrade for the 992.1 911 Carrera family with the 3.0L twin-turbo flat six. It uses Formula-1 grade PWR cores, two rows of rolled tubes with inner fins and 26 tubes against the factory unit’s 12, to cut heat soak and hold intake air temperatures down under load. The CNC machined billet aluminum end tanks are 100% TIG welded, replacing the factory crimped plastic composite tanks. It fits the stock location using all factory mounting points, hardware, ducts and shrouds, with no cutting or modification.

Good to know
- No tune is needed. CSF’s dyno car was already tuned.
- Bolt-on replacement for the factory intercoolers. It does not touch the exhaust or any emissions part.
