Description
SOUL designed this valved exhaust for the 992 GT3 from CAD to CNC with no compromises. Smooth radius cast cones carry exhaust from the large header flanges into the system with fully machined mating and clamping surfaces for a perfect seal and fewer welds. With the valves open, exhaust flows through 3 in piping to an X-pipe that merges both banks for a higher pitched, smooth sound. With the valves closed it runs through a secondary path and a SOUL muffler with straight-through perforated cores and an internal X-pipe, which smooths drone below 3,000 rpm. Part of the flow still passes through the muffler with the valves open, so SOUL could make the open path more aggressive without extra resonators. SOUL calls the result a gentleman’s OEM+ experience: more presence when cruising and a more aggressive wail at full throttle.

Good to know
- The factory valve programming stays in charge: valves closed to 4,000 rpm, opening progressively to fully open at 5,000 rpm. SOUL notes full valve override needs ECU tuning or a valve controller, neither included.
- SOUL publishes no emissions statement or CARB EO number for this system; check local emissions and noise rules before fitting.
- Professional installation recommended; installation is not included.
